Cox, Fred

Fred Cox is an acclaimed and highly sought after decorative artist/muralist in Atlanta. He has painted and drawn since early childhood and has been a professionally working artist since 1989.

His paintings are created with mediums ranging from acrylics and transparent glazes to plaster and other media. His art education includes studies at the Atlanta College of Art, The Finishing School in New York/Atlanta and he has studied advanced trompe l'oeil techniques with French artist Michel Nadai (Best Craftsman of France).

Fred is also a participant in SALON – the International gathering of decorative artists who meet yearly at different locations around the world to share and collaborate on projects. Fred currently resides in Alpharetta, GA with his wife, two sons and dog, Bailey.
