Background

Gallery 4463's Artist's Registry Project is designed to generate support for artists and provide a service for those who seek quality art. Gallery 4463 was founded and continues to be operated by a group of artists dedicated to the idea that quality work and fine craftsmanship can be homegrown.

As one of North Georgia's premier galleries, our goal has been to encourage the arts in our area and be a source of pride and inspiration to other artists in our community. We have come a long way in the last two years, and our new Artist Registry is a way of opening the door to our many friends and supporters in our community as well as artists from other areas who wish to connect with Georgia.

Each artist listing in the Registry consists of a photo of the artist, a selection of 6 images, information about the artist and a link to the artist's home page. The Registry is organized alphabetically and can also be searched by selecting a keyword.


As a resource for artists and patrons of the arts, Gallery 4463 is also providing a list of links to North Georiga Artist Groups and Community Art Centers. Please email Gallery 4463 if you wish to add or update your information.

Information for the Artist

We invite you to join with us to become part of our on-line Registry. In fact, each applicant to the Registry we accept will automatically become associate members of Gallery 4463. As an associate member you will be entitled to the following benefits:

  • A listing with 6 examples of your work
  • A Bio and link to your web homepage
  • Invitation to quarterly networking events

You will also be entitled to participate in our annual month-long Gallery 4463 Registry Show each year at the Gallery. This exhibit will be juried and prizes will be awarded! It's easy to apply - just fill out the attached form, print and mail to the gallery. Include a CD with your images as well. (Max file size 1mg / Max image length or width 640 pixels)
Fee payable upon acceptance.

Please Note: Must be original art! Gallery 4463 reserves the right to select or reject work or submissions for quality, originality or community standards.
